As a wholesale company, we take the utmost care in packaging our products with pride and respect to our clients. If your products are damaged, please file claim with your selected shipping carrier as every order sent out is inspected and reinforced as required.

We do not process refunds for any discounted orders or orders with free shipping.  All orders of that note will receive CREDIT instead of refund. Customers must reach-out within 48 hours of receiving products for a valid refund/credit.
