Provide Your Own B.O.L.
1. Select “Provide Your Own B.O.L." option at check out.
2. Email your BOL with your ORDER NUMBER to flavordistribution@gmail.com
3. Please request pickup at least three (3) days after your order is placed.
Please request the pickup date to be at least 2 days after your order is placed.
Our pallets are sized 48x40 and are stacked up to 72 inches (6 feet) high.

If you would like pallet shipping please select the "Request Pallet Shipping" option at checkout.
After Your Order is Placed
1. Is your address or residential address or commercial?
2. Is a lift gate required?
You may also include these answers in your checkout notes.
Your BOL (Bill of Lading) will be sent to your email shortly after your contact with our team member. This will have your expected delivery date.
Standard Pallet Sizes Order processing is 2-3 days.
Orders on the East Coast are delivered within 2/3 Business Days.
Orders on the West Coat are delivered within 4/5 Business Days.
